How soon will I get my order?
All shipping will be FREE for employees.
Any orders placed after 2pm CT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Unfortunately, we do not process and ship orders on Sunday or public holidays. Even foxes need a rest sometimes. Sheesh!
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number, which you can monitor obsessively by clicking the link in the email!

We only made a limited number of each exclusive piece of swag so act fast before it's all gone.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, all items are Final Sale and Non-Refundable.
What happens when I run out of Ultra Bucks?
You must pay out of pocket until you receive more credits.
Can I use phones purchased on the employee store with other service providers?
If you'd like to pay for service and not take advantage of our free house account program, you're in luck! Once you receive your device, please open a ticket here and a team member will unlock your device for you.
