Employee Store Device Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Currency of Payment
a. All transactions for the purchase of devices must be conducted exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
b. “Ultrabucks” or any alternative forms of currency shall not be recognized or accepted as valid methods of payment.

2. New Devices
a. All new devices come with their full factory warranty subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and are eligible for any additional OEM coverage (eg,- AppleCare) that may be available.
b. All new devices are eligible for coverage under manufacturer-sponsored protection plans, including but not limited to AppleCare, subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturer.

3. Open Box Devices
a. An “Open Box” device is categorized as having the factory seal broken on the original packaging. “Open Box” devices in the employee store undergo a comprehensive end-to-end functionality test conducted by Ultra Mobile prior to being made available for purchase.
b. All devices labeled as "Open Box" are covered by a seven (7) day Return/Replace/Exchange Policy, commencing from the date of receipt of the device. To initiate the Return/Replace/Exchange process, purchasers must send an email to employeedevicereturns@ultra.me, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue. If the device meets the eligibility criteria, Ultra Mobile will replace the defective device with one of identical condition or issue a refund to the original payment method used
c. The availability of manufacturer warranties and manufacturer-sponsored coverage, including but not limited to AppleCare, is not guaranteed and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Mint subscribers are eligible to enroll in the Allstate Protection program through Account Management. The terms and conditions of Allstate Protection are governed by Allstate's policies and agreements.

4.Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UVNV, INC. d/b/a ULTRA MOBILE (“ULTRA MOBILE”), ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MINT MOBILE LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ULTRA MOBILE PARTIES”) DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE ULTRA MOBILE EMPLOYEE STORE OR ANY OTHER RELATED SITE(S) WHICH ULTRA MAY HOST (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”), YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND ANY SERVICE(S) OR PRODUCT(S) WHICH MAY BE OFFERED, IN ULTRA MOBILE’S SOLE DISCRETION, FOR PURCHASE ON THE SITE.
This site, and each of the products and services which may be offered on the site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of the rights of third parties.
None of the Ultra Mobile parties assumes any liability or responsibility for any (I) errors, omissions, failures, loss, and/or damage of any kind relating to any product or service which may be offered on the site, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting directly or indirectly from any product or service which may be offered on the site, and/or (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein. As with the purchase of a product through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.

5. By engaging in any transaction for the purchase of devices through the Ultra Mobile Employee Store, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Ultra Mobile reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Ultra Mobile website or other communication channels. It is the responsibility of the employee to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of rights and remedies available under this agreement.
